• Strip and haul away old layers of roofing materials 
  (dump and disposal fee included)

• Install peel and stick underlayment
• Install pipe and vent flashing
• Chimney flashing as needed
• Install new valley flashing
• Install algae resistant asphalt shingles or barrel tiles
